Beau is our expert consultant with difficult loan applicants including self-employed, 1099, investment income, and corporate income. He is the head of our licensing and compliance departments.

Jennifer has been in the title and mortgage industry since an internship in 1998. She has extensive knowledge in processing guidelines, title and compliance regulations. She has over 25 years of experience and handling large loan pipelines.
Jennifer joined Gulf Stream Loan Processing in March of 2023. She is our lead processor and loan pipeline manager.
