All income types outlined in the agency guidelines are supported: Employed, self-employed, gross-up, rental income, and more. Over 30 income types are included, as well as Bank Statements for non-agency lenders.

$200 mo for up to 10 loans

$300 mo for up to 20 loans

AUS is approve/eligible with initial disclosures executed:

* Submitted to Underwriting within 1 day of receiving all initial documents. 

* Generate Mortgage Commitment and tackle all loan conditions. 

* LOS kept current along with providing status updates to all parties.

* Prepare loan for closing, send out ICD, CD and Closing package. 

* Executed Disclosures & Final Closing package uploaded to LOS so your loan is audit and compliance review ready! 

Loan is preapproved with inital Docs ready for review:
